    I would agree with you if I thought they could afford it. If you want to thin the herd to T.G.I.Fehk our faces, etc.

    I would probably short a tip to cover a surcharge, especially for a place that I did not frequent.

    But only the full time employees get health care benefits anyway.

    If they all it there would be no competitive advantage and America shows no signs of curbing it's dinner out addiction
