I have read the first one-fifth of the Barr Report.
Several times Mueller's henchmen make the point that just because they did not find evidence doesn't mean it didn't happen. Of course, they were more subtle in their phrasing.
Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

I just heard the liberal media spin on the conclusions reached in the Mueller report. The phrase they will use is Trump’s conduct was “lawful but awful”.
Impeachment should happen because of lawful but awful conduct.

Yea, that’s exactly what I am suggesting. Barr said that Mueller didn’t recommend indictment about obstruction, not based upon the OLC’s long standing ruling, but that there was nothing that suggested it occurred.
Yet the report says...especially the part that reads “the President’s corrupt exercise of the powers of office”....

Clearly Mueller didn’t recommend indictment based upon the OLC’s ruling and left it for Congress to address. Barr lied.
