Yes they know it was a well planned out attack and had help from the outside. U.S. ambassador says America had "no prior knowledge" of a threat in Sri Lanka before Easter bombings and top intelligence officials deliberately hid information on Sri Lanka attacks, top security officials did not take action, minister says. Sri Lanka’s deputy defense minister says death toll from Easter Sunday bombings reaches 359, including 39 foreigners; one of nine bombers was a woman. Two suicide bombers apparently worked together, and they had 87 detonators that they abandoned, at a private bus stand in the capital. Also more than one group [Names] Cos NTJ was also involved. 40 suspects arrested & 9 were employees in a factory
