New York, Chi, Baltimore and Philly lead the pack

    New Mexico
    Fla
    Arizona

Lead the states where they are flocking, heres the caveat this time its not just retirees, its much younger people.

The revenue in these cities has PLUMMETED because its not the takers that are leaving, its all the givers, those that have had their taxs raised jacked to the breaking point to pay for everyone else have said ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!! and are leaving

Its going to get much worse, but as long as they have Mayors like Di Blasio, Emmanuel, Pugh, its going to get worse.
To try and live in New Mexico, flooodida or aridzona. I sure would never try to live there.

The only thing that will really empty out cities like NYC is when virtually all the people working in the white collar industries are working from home and can live anywhere they please. Then, lookout inexpensive middle America, the city folks are comin'.
In quoting my post, you affirm and agree that you have not been goaded, provoked, emotionally manipulated or otherwise coerced into responding.
