You are correct, as the investigation brought in more than it spent. Hillary Clinton's campaign had its issues, so did Donald Trump's campaign. For the issue of who "really" won the electives, it is not over yet.
To see some who are under Robert Mueller's scope and that of the U.S. Justice Department have made threats, that is something else. Attached to the President even.

The Presidential election regards, at the least, whose interests the most shall be represented by the U.S. President and those associates;
It does not mean wrong has been done, but has privy as if the President themselves, a better look at who feels they run the conservatives.
Have there been special privileges? Has there been lying to cover it? Who became richer, while using the office of the President sides?
There is so much incompetent behavior in some parts of the government had better be watching out for what may cause a nation issues.
