Maybe if you big city folks didn't have a soft attitude about them you wouldn't attract them. In our downtown, a homeless person gets run off. We don't see them coming back.

When you run them off, where do you think they go? They go to places where the police are busy with real crime and don't have a surplus of cops to deal with the homeless unless they are committing acts of violence. I'm sure most people in the big cities wouldn't be upset if they were all rounded up and sent home. However, as soon as they got the price of a bus ticket, they would just come right back.

But they don't catch up with junkies and their needles. Some health inspectors.

Not their job - they just police places that sell prepared food i.e. restaurants for health code violations. There are the other kind that police health violations in buildings. They don't have anything to do with the homeless either.

I do. Show an instance where I have been anything but a perfect Southern Gentleman! Manners tell a lot about a person. As for Moochelle? Have you ever seen her eat? Its disgusting. As for the awkward manner in which she walks it seriously makes one question if she had a proper upbringing. Even worse, her kids walk the same way
