He's done some good stuff, some stupid stuff and some predictable stuff . His real value is in the fact that he is not fully owned donkephant property. Although I do like the way he refuses to back down the media, which seems to help things blow over. He is a step in the anti-insider direction we need to take. He is however, still running on the donkephant ticket and a well known figure so the people still have apron strings to cut at the ballot box.

^^^ Classic case of “must be left because I don’t agree with this comment”. Yet, there isn’t one conservative position roadmaster didn’t support.
“Conscientiously believing that the proper condition of the negro is slavery, or a complete subjection to the white man, and entertaining the belief that the day is not distant when the old Union will be restored with slavery nationally declared to be the proper condition of all of African descent, and in view of the future harmony and progress of all the States of America, I have been induced to issue this address, so that there may be no misunderstanding in the future”

    Politics are like baseball
    You win some
    You lose some
    And some are rained out.

No president will appeal 100% of the time to all voters and at least 1 out of 5 voters haven't a clue what the party or the president actually stands for or why that may or not be in the best interest of the country. They vote because they are yellow dog Democrats or what ever the Republicans are called.

I vote for the candidate who is most likely to be elected and who's philosophy is closest to mine. Yes, there are Third Party candidates who are much more aligned with my political beliefs but they don't have a snow ball's chance in hell of winning. Find me a Democrat who is a free market capitalist and I will vote for them. But I don't see that on the horizon, do any of you?

Hillary posed a much larger threat to our nation. People are free to think and believe as they so choose - if you doubt that - perhaps your faith is not as strong as it could be.

Hillary posed a jingoist threat. She'd already shown her true colors in the Libya fiasco, and she'd previously threatened to annihilate Iran. The world simply does not need that sort of hothead in the most powerful office on the planet.

I didn't vote for Trump, but he's a whole lot safer (for civilization) than Hillary would have been.

I don't really care about her views on religion.
