    Water: The coming global crisis

We are all brothers and sisters in humanity. We are all made from the same dust of stars. We cannot be separated because all life is interconnected.

In the early eighties, I noticed a trend. The big beverage companies appeared to be buying up spring water companies, war for potable H2O anybody?

*edit* This was twenty plus years before I started working in the Hydroponics industry...

California has more than enough water.

California has too many illegal aliens using America's water.

California has too many brain dead Rodents who are too stupid to understand technology and who thus are a vast Cadre of useless idiots, aka morons, who oppose the construction of nuclear powered desalination plants thst would also double as charging stations for their absurd little Priuses.

If California had any sense, and that moronic train proves they do not, they would build desalination plants and sell water to the rest of the US and Mexico.

Okay, even if they did not develop enough intelligence to do that, they could have been building, through the years of drought, better impoundment facilities to keep the rain Tha would eventually fall from draining into the Pacific Ocean.

One of the places the water disappeared to was out to sea as the EPA demanded impounded water be released to keep the river cool for a dozen salmon.

Nope, did not make thst up.

Then there was the wide-eyed concern for the health of an invasive species of BAIT FISH, a smelt thst was doing just fine in is native habitat.

Where the water was not going was to the farmers, who were being punished by governor moonbeam who resented thst the Central Valley farmers not only did not vote for him but were not willing to give up their land for that stupid choo-choo. He starved them of water to drive land prices down and force them to sell.

    Didn't work.

I can get in my car and in a ten minute drive get to a place where I can see all the water the people of earth will ever need. It's called the Pacific Ocean.

All that's needed is enough energy to take the toxins out. Too bad the Rodents don't like the idea. They worship Spaceship Earth and like to pretend spaceships don't need machinery to keep the people tank healthy for the people.

The problem isn't a general shortage of fresh water but water supply to places some people choose to live. Move.

But I'll make one suggestion to save fresh water: Lawns are the No. 1 irrigated ‘crop’ in America. They need to die.. I xeriscaped my entire yard.

I have a lawn but I don't water it. I always thought that was a waste. I get plenty of free rain water so...why? It doesn't look quite as nice as a more manicured lawn but who cares? I don't even water the garden that much once the plants are established.

Israel has desalination down to a science, and they share that technology with anyone at no charge. That really pisses libs off.

I don't think JAP understands, water is consumed, evaporates, and goes up into the sky. Then, it falls back down to Earth. It's magic.
