Wow this rescue takes you through so many different emotions. That was really awesome in the end. He was so happy to see his parents. Thank you for posting this.

Dog and food threads always make this place better. Thanks Dr. Who.

Be careful of the dogs you “rescue”.
According to a statement put out by her family, Kallestad and her friends were riding mopeds when they found the puppy. The group of friends brought it to the resort in which they were staying and bathed, cared for and played with it.
All of them sustained minor bites and scratches, which they sterilised and washed soon after. The scrapes had been so small that nobody gave them a second thought.
Snip
Doctors in Norway did not connect Kallestad's symptoms to rabies, and so, she spent several days in and out of Førde hospital, where she worked. She had been admitted for a week before she died. The rabies diagnosis came three days earlier.

Im glad it was reunited with its parents. However, it made me very sad to watch the first part. Some things are hard to forget once you have seen them .

Then you couldn't watch so many of the other less happy rescue videos. Some of them are truly heartbreaking involving severely abused dogs that are terrified of people. Hope for Paws have some but this fellow Takis in Crete who runs a rescue has some really really sad cases.

I cant watch those shows , I am far to sensitive for it. After a minute or so I had to ff your video to the " happy end" . Oddly enough that upset me because the dog was so happy it made me realize even moreso how unhappy it must have been. I am simply going soft as I get a bit older. Thats a good thing most of the time.
