I don't care who the woman was or that she was an activist, just the facts. She is driving down a road and a cop is following her, she notices he keeps following her so she decides to move into the other lane to allow him that lane. She forgets to signal while trying to move out his way, then he gets behind her and pulls her over. She does comply with her license ect but he asked her why she seems upset. Really I would have been upset too a little She tells him, he didn't like her answer and then tells her to put out her cigarette. He escalated the situation by asking why. She is also in her car and allowed to smoke. But the problem with the new video is that he claimed under testimony he feared for his life and didn't know she had a phone in her hand. Her phone was already out and he knew she was recording and knew it wasn't a gun.
