She's a bit more rational on most issues than the Democrat front runners, but she's not going to be in the race much longer.

In order to attract enough support she's going to be forced to move to the extreme left and those people won't trust that she's sincere.

A libertarian majority could balance the budget, but that would not be the result of Green or Labor party leadership.

The two parties in majority now could balance the budget.

I dio not believe they could.
Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

They could in theory, but that'll never happen until the debt bomb finally explodes.

Should the States ever get off their asses they would be mandated to balance the budget. Amend the Constitution. The Federal Government cannot spend a dime more than they 'earn' in revenue. Entitlements would eat most of the money straight away, Representatives would find it necessary to reform those in order to gather discretionary spending. The military would then eat 700-800 billion a year, most people not understanding that salaries, health care, dental care, child care, family services, the military operates several naval/army hospitals some of them leading their fields in research and medicine. Other's......well.....anyone who has ever had VA or a military clinic experience knows what I'm referring to.

States can amend our Constitution. Many states given a referendum would be the first endeavor, this must be the will of the People

And of course....We the People's own personal budget and finances is frightening. The average person upside down, has credit card debt...it's bad.

The Constitution contains no defenses against corrupt politicians. No one can balance the budget without a successful Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

The nation lives or dies based on the convention of States effort.
Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

The biggest entitlements are not part of the discretionary budget- the part that is popularly known about and our deficit spending. Social Security, Medicare, and Medicare are outside of the discretionary budget.
