    In the case of California, it really is true. The funny part is that many of these people eventually forget this, however, when they vote for the same policies they fled in their new home states. This is what has happened in Colorado, Oregon, and Washington. It's starting to happen in Arizona and Nevada as well.

    If they moved to Russia or China, maybe they would make themselves worthwhile here, assuming they don't come back.
