Agree on the harpoon (they might have just come from whale hunting); however millions of Americans don't have any insurance and some don't carry US ID (even though they should).

That's all well and fine, if the medical personnel suspect the patient is illegal, they should be duty bound to report it. If someone is wrongly suspected, ICE could determine that quickly and no problem. But, the illegals should be deported once they are healthy enough to travel.
