    I've had Kimchi, it's VERY hot/spicy.

It was made by a Korean woman, who was the wife of a friend of my husband's.

I took one small bite and, at first said, "ummmm" because it did have a nice flavor, but, just a split second later, came the......" OMG ...HOOOOOTT!"

They laughed at me, the woman, her husband....MY, husband.

I think beads of sweat actually popped out on my forehead.

Heck it probably changes your body odor just from being next to it on your plate. LoL. I think I am really starting to like it though. It's all good. My old man is really good to me. :) He would probably treat me with kindness even if I smelled like Kimchi. Time will tell. LoL

So did that chick in the bar last night. I have no clue wtf she really was. Once I found out she was a liberal to boot I excused myself and vacated the premises asap..

Yeah looks like lasagna or something. It tastes nothing like it looks. It tastes like a sweet and sour, garlicy, gingery, spicy sauerkraut.

Any good spice makes the top of my head sweat a little. Someone gave me some Kimchi once, I couldn't get past the smell. I wimped out, and threw it away.

The one I made might smell slightly different because I didn't put the fish sauce in it. I think that makes a huge difference. Mine still smelled pretty strong, but not that gross. But I imagine the fermented fish sauce could smell pretty nasty.
