    You are right. I notice a real difference. My stomach seems to be working so much better, and I even feel like I sleep better. It is really wonderful actually. It is a lot of work to make though. But I feel it is worth it.

    I can eat a gallon of kimchi, the good stuff, not the local buffet stuff.

    I'm the same with kraut or other fermented veggies, fermented foods are fantastic if done well and yeah, you have to have a strong gut to process them.

    I've been fortunate in life to have a pretty good constitution.

    I buy some from time to time made by a little Korean woman.
    Its hot and spiced. Did I say hot and spiced.
    I enjoy it but its way to hot and spicy.
    I woyldnt mind trying to make it myself and tone it down. i love cabbage and eat it regulary in a variety of ways. It takes on rge flavor of other foods and spices well..

    I grew up among a lot of polish Italian and Hungarian people so i like a variety of food and dated a gal that was Philippine and mexican in la she loved to cook for me. Dam it we should of got married
