I'm not a fan of courts legislating from the bench, but when the Supreme Court makes a ruling, it is enforced. There are plenty of logical flaws with the approach that was taken, but it is literally part of law now.

You're either not a fan of activist judges, or you are.

Since you've decided to accept a false decision from an activist court completely usurping powers clearly remanded to the States by the Tenth Amendment, quit your whining about that and try to make rational excuses why we shouldn't have a court that decides to resume it's respect for the Constitution.

Judgements from the bench ARE NOT "LAW".

Laws are legislated by Congress and signed by the President.

We the People DID NOT vote in a majority Rodent Congress, they stole it via election fraud.

In our common law tradition, case law is as valid as legislation. In the Napoleonic tradition (civil law) statutes are controlling, case law only explains it. So in the US you can live in Louisiana or Puerto Rico if you want civil law.

I'd say we've had a lot more success with the first 2. It's a lot easier to catch a murderer or thief than someone inducing a miscarriage in the early stages.

You would essentially need a police state to consistently apply this law.

Well, good luck with defying a Supreme Court ruling. If you have a lawyer, I'm pretty sure he would advise you against that.

You're obsession with miscarriages is puzzling.

I could say the same for your decision to view a zygote in the same light as a viable fetus.

Not to mention that women can also travel to another state.
