Well I hadn't thought about not getting sun. I guess that could be a drawback. Where I live now I don't get to see sunsets. The trees block them out. Back when I lived in the tricities the sunsets were magnificent. The sky was so open. The skies would be blazing orange. The sunsets were different every day, some looked like fire, some were purple. Just so beautiful. But where I live now away from the city lights the stars are amazing. That is one drawback of the city is the star light is drowned out by the city lights. Here are some sunset pics from the tricities so you can see what I mean. Hanford sunsets don't play! LoL.

I remember the NUCLEAR sunsets over Phoenix AZ when I was a kid in the 50's! They were stupendous!

Oh yeah, you are right. I live in AZ too and yes they were amazing there too.
We are all brothers and sisters in humanity. We are all made from the same dust of stars. We cannot be separated because all life is interconnected.

Every year is a fire year in CAL! It doesn't matter if we had a dry winter or a wet winter!
This last winter was just about average, but the higher elevations got a lot of snow. But we had late rains, so now the grasses are real high, and will dry out by June and the fire danger will be real high!

Clear out the brush and deadwood.

    It ain't rocket science.
