    Called it. No prison time.

Prosecutors recommended a four-month prison term and a $20,000 fine. Huffman, 56, was among 50 charged in the college admissions scandal.

I called it. No prison time. 4 months, if she gets that, will be spent in a local jail. Not prison. Prisons don’t take people for 4 months. Waste of their time and resources. By the time they got done with the paperwork the 4 months would be over. That’s not even taking into account good time. She will be out in no more than 90 days.

Not or even a football season.

Anyone want to argue that our justice system is not governed by money now?

She was contrite and did not plead not guilty.

What I want to know is when is class action lawsuit from all the Asians denied their possible seat because of these intention racist fraudulent actions going to be filed?

I don't care about the individual bimbos getting caught up in the expected culture of corruption that is Hollywierd. The real players won't care unless they face consequemces.

The universities, each and every one involved, should be the target of class action lawsuits alleging not only systematic racism, but deliberate fraud and misrepresentation that took, from each prospective freshmen, application fees...if USC had 70,000 applicants thst year and charged each a $100 non-refundable processing fee, they defrauded the public to the tune of $7,000,000.

Every applicant should be refubded...AND paid some significant reparation (that's the in word, these days) of some $300 per applicant in addition.

Let those liberal colleges feel the Bern.

Everyone who believes in the rule of law should.

College admissions are promoted, quite dishonestly, as fair selection processes, so thst any who puts there money up along with their application are granted a fair hearing and a chance to go to the college they most want to go to.

    What's the reality?

Hahvahd, bastion of liberaliam, engages in gross discrimination against POWC, people of the wrong color.

USC, deep in the heart of the ghetto of South Central Los Angeles, also discriminates...and takes bribes.

These institutions, allegedly private schools, still take funds from the taxpayer, and the government is supposed to bind those funds with battleship chains.

So some people need to go to orison...and no those people are going to be good card-carrying anti-American Rodent college faculty.

This is a grand opportunity to break the college racism - industrial complex wise open.

She didn't get off. The idea that she deserved a long prison term was ridiculous.

I don't think what she did should even be a crime. It would be stupid and a waste of taxpayer money to lock her up for it.

Bribing and accepting bribes should be a crime, but not all crimes should be punished with prison terms. They do make the class envyists feel better though.
