The school girl and old man he shot from a sniper hide were both unarmed and not engaged in combat. Even the other snipers in the unit said it was $#@!ed up and there was no excuse for it. He then tried to cover it up and prevent other SEALs from reporting the incidents.

If he did the things of which he is accused and witnesses say he did, he is no better than a member of the SS lining up civilians and shooting them on the Eastern Front.
    No need to get angry.

Judge finds Navy SEAL's fair trial rights violated in war crimes case

The prosecutor was tracking his emails with his defense. We shall see what the judge does. I would support a dismissal of the case. And that prosecutor needs to lose his license to practice law. The Constitution is not a suggestion.

The military judge presiding over the court-martial of a U.S. Navy SEAL charged with war crimes said on Friday prosecutors who electronically tracked email communications of defense lawyers without a warrant violated the accused’s right to a fair trial.

Gallagher says he was wrongly accused and that fellow SEAL team members testifying against him, several under grants of immunity, are disgruntled subordinates who fabricated allegations to force him from command.
