The Fitbit is cool because it's accurate. We had one of those contests at the office and a fat admin won. Puhleeese. The step counter would count steps every time her fat jiggled. She beat me and I was wearing the step counter when I ran!

I think it over counts steps but I'm a hard walker, almost a jog but I don't jog or run. Got a torn meniscus that I'm putting off surgery on because it's really not bothering me much but I never ran, I'm too lanky and awkward and I'm a big guy (down to 225 now) and don't want that pounding on my joints so I stick with walking.

The sleep measure is totally off too, I sleep like a rock anymore and it says I slept for 3 hours lol, right.

Understood and I agree. It's not worth the risk to your joints. I have small frame and have been running for close to half of my life.

How many hours do you typically get? I try for 7 on work nights. Days off more like 8 or even 9.

I have a big frame and I'm really getting close to my ideal weight. I'd like to be at 200 but I kind of doubt it at this point. 220 is my short term goal right now and 210 is probably realistic. That would get me to a 38 waist, at a big 40 now.

9 hours for me is rare, I was at like 6 on average before getting really active but now 7 is more what I'm getting now, on average.

I used to be a hopeless insomniac getting like 3 or 4 hours if that but I'm more consistent lately but I get up a lot at night.

Yeah, choose manageable goals. You'll be at 200 before you know it.

Lol I remember that you used to on here very late sometimes and you were in my timezone.

I started this back in January and about 85 miles a month now.
I am tired of everyone fighting with each other. This is all by design.

Tomorrow!? 3 pounds in a day?

Lol yeah, there isn't much you can do. Losing weight means new wardrobe.

Got 24k steps in today, maybe similar tomorrow.

Just had a scoop of tuna salad at work (have to be in all weekend, budgets). Might have a popsicle or two before I go to bed.

    And I took a $#@! today lol

    Aiming high.
