Women have to be micro managed at home and the workplace. They get uppity and give you a lot of lip if you try to treat them as equals.

True. Everytime I am with or speak of a new female interest the first question a friend of mines gf asks is " how old is she"? She already knows shed have to have a pigs ass for a face to be as unattractive as she is and if she has a pulse shes 10/10 younger as well.

I have been in the corporate environment for over thirty years. I'm amazed how much politics a female executive can inject into an environment. One notable example is when a guy that worked for a different manager wanted me to coach him on SQL Server. I was told that MY female director would retaliate against me if I did. I did it anyway; I didn't care. It just amazes me how petty and political some female managers/directors are. The solution: Keep your skills sharp and stay in contact with people that can lead you to other jobs. For this reason and others management just isn't for me. A Subject Matter Expert earns as much as a manager. It pays to limit conversation and just perform the tasks at hand.
