The wife and I will have been married thirty years on Veteran's Day. I can't even imagine how empty life would seem if she were gone, but people are resilient; we adjust and keep on moving, 'cause the alternative is just a big unknown. You have to squeeze all the time you can into your life the first time around...'cause there is no coming back for a second shot.

Living without your lifelong mate is hell. I don't care for life anymore. After 50 years holding her hand as she died was so hard. Every day is a trial. I wouldn't wish this pain on my worst enemy. Make every day count with your wife and remember to appreciate her always. When they go, it's forever.

Suppose you were an idiot. And suppose you were a member of Congress. But I digress....

It's edible but nothing like my sweetie would be serving. You guys who at this moment are waiting for your wives to give you the dinner call, compliment her on her efforts. It might not be forever.
I enjoyed cooking for my husband, lost him 6 years ago. Sorry to hear about your loss.

I have never used one but I have heard lots of great things about them from @Common's thread. http://thepoliticalforums.com/thread...ighlight=fryer Lots of awesome stuff in that thread.

Thank you for your guardianship from sector 2814
We are all brothers and sisters in humanity. We are all made from the same dust of stars. We cannot be separated because all life is interconnected.
