Better than Ice Cream smoothie

So today's awesome food is a better than Ice Cream smoothie. It turned out so good and sweet and amazing.

Ingreedients:
1 very ripe pear
1 orange
1 ripe bannana
some frozen strawberries
some frozen blueberries
a few dates

I blended that all up together. It came out very cold and frozen like, because I used lots of frozen strawberries. It was much like ice cream, but without the deadly effects, LoL. I love throwing together smoothies with just whatever I have. No smoothie is ever the same. I added the dates in this one for added sweetness and sugar.

Im not a big smoothie guy, they dont do much for me. I know they can be nutritious and delicious.

I now make a smoothie for breakfast on work days. Fast and an easy way to add powders like whey, creitine, and pre-biotics.

Is there a secret to eating the juiced beats? I only tried once to juice a beet. It was strange kind of like eating a raw potato. Perhaps I did it wrong. It looked like it would be very good for you to drink. But after my one attempt back in 2007, I never tried it again.

They do have a very earthy taste. I like it. I know many do not.

Darn I thought maybe there was a secret to eating them a certain way. I might try it again, it has been a very long time. What amount of beet would you recommend juicing? Like 1/4 or 1/2? I am kinda scared but who knows maybe I will feel different about it now, that I am older. That was back in 2007 that I tried it. I am an old woman now LoL.

Use half and mix in other fruits to cut the taste like pineapple.
