Today's cooking adventure is going to be something bad. I know that alot of people here do not eat fried food. I don't eat it often but I do eat fried food. We need the oil, for our myelin, It coats our nerves.https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Myelin They also say that if we have Omega 3 fatty acid, it can prevent things like Alzheimer's and dementia. It has been found that people who take statins develop Alzheimer's because of this very reason.http://healthimpactnews.com/2012/the...se-alzheimers/ But that is for each of us to decide on our own. Good healthy oils are important. https://healthfully.com/repair-myeli...d-7894361.html Here is one more link on how to repair our myelin. https://www.optimallivingdynamics.co...tion-of-myelin Of course we don't have to eat fried food to get our essential oil, and fats. But I feel that every now and then it can't hurt.
Back to today's cooking adventure. It is fluffy Basmati rice with fried Potatoes, Celery, and Onions.
Ingredients:
Basmati rice
Sliced Celery
Diced Onion
Cubed Potato
Himalayan salt (you could use any salt)
Garlic powder
First I fried up the Potatoes, celery, and Onions in a pan, adding salt and garlic powder and olive oil to my own preference.

Next I added some fresh cooked fluffy basmati rice to a bowl, and added a spoon full of the fried potato mixture.

Lastly I added a small spoon of Chili oil to my rice that I made with Olive oil. (Chili oil is pepper infused oil) I added a spoon of salsa, and stirred it all together. This is the final product.
