There are no constitutional rights, the Constitution doesn't create rights, so what are you talking about?

    What a bold statement.

The original Constitution placed limits on the Federal government, not on the states and the people. Of course we have a (Constitutional) right to own a business insofar as we have a right to life, liberty and property.

Your statement saddens me. You look to the Constitution for a list of things you are allowed to do. Such thinking is perverse.
Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

I pledge allegiance to the Constitution as written and understood by this nation's founders, and to the Republic it created, an indivisible union of sovereign States, with liberty and justice for all.

I guess according to you, the Bill of Rights should now be called the Bill of Hacks.

Sorry, first, there is no constitutional right to own a business, you are beholden to the municipal having jurisdiction over you being allowed to participate in commerce. Second, since @Chris decided to let his herp derp take over, there is no such thing as constitutional rights.

Your thinking is both fundamentally wrong and also perverse. You cannot be helped out of your error.

Your sadness is self-inflicted. Safety made no such claim, nor did he write anything suggesting it. You're just setting up those straw men and taking aim, aren't you, MV?

Thanks for your erroneous opinion and the next time I need wrong advise, I will definitely seek out your counsel.

    No.

    Examine Safety's words.

Should we expect a list of things the Constitution allows the people to do? Of course not. The Constitution established the form of government and the limited authorities the government was allowed. It has never been a complete listing of the rights citizens and the States enjoyed.

You are as sad as he is.

You lack talent. You also lack the ability to learn.
