At the end of the day, it depends whether you think that only those who can afford healthcare are deserving of healthcare - and by that I mean full healthcare, not just bargain basement healthcare. That means babies and little kids as well. It's a moral issue. You are in the position to say that it is morally wrong to decide who lives or dies based on their ability to pay for healthcare.
