Stay out of ERs, dollar stores and markets with NO English language signage. I an washing my hands many times a day including after touching keypads on ATMs, gas pumps and point of sale machines in stores keeping me safer here in Arizona. Why it is relevant to California. A State that says it is giving Sanctuary to illegals. A State that allows illegals to vote and now will give illegals free healthcare while mandating US citizens to pay for their healthcare.It means "start another thread to discuss that issue".
