    Yes reduced. You didn't know Obama reduced the military to pre WWII levels? Didn't know he cut R&D? Didn't know he wasn't replacing tech? Didn't know he cut on repairs and upgrades?
    Didn't know he wasn't keeping up on planes, ships, back to stock? Didn't know he cut personnel for the Army and Marines?
