I'll have to ask during my next checkup. I didn't get the breakdown last time. Hope I'm not doing this for nothing!

I like to bake the kale with olive oil and salt!

I prefer to eat greens with pasta or raw in a salad.

Yes, I like a salad the best. Kale is a very hardy plant. The broiler crisps it up like a chip!

    Kale chips!

Hey, any way you get your greens is good. They are packed with nutrition. Speaking of hardiness, I avoid collard greens for precisely that reason. They are a little too hardy.

I like collard greens. I put vinegar on them.

The wife made a fish soup tonight that was really good. Cod. It had cream in it. Excellent. I poured the wine.

I like turnip greens and kale. I'll go with mustard greens if I'm in the mood for greens and can't find the other two for whatever reason.

    You did your part.

Thanks, dude. They have several sites you can order from. I'm going to place an order soon. I'll order a pound. I'd imagine that's quite a few ramps. Not sure how long they will last. Two questions: what parts are edible and how can I keep them to ensure they last as long as possible?
