    Thanks. I have a ton of them but I don't know that I would like the taste anyhow. Dandelion wine, on the other hand...I might try drinking that. No idea what it is though.

    They are supposed to be very good for you. Try it out. Like all greens they are very inexpensive.

    Sunday sauce is on the stove. Mmmmmm....some meatballs and veal cutlet simmering in a tomato sauce with fried garlic, onion, and habanero peppers. Firsst some tea with Jameson, church, then dinner.

    An Italian family around the corner made it when I lived with my parents. We're half Italian but these people were born in Italy. They probably still do. It was tasty stuff. I remember that I used to give him empty wine bottles but I don't know anything about how he actually made it.

    I used to make it out of welches grape juice, bread yeast, and reg sugar. I lost all my good notes but you can search it on the net pretty easy. I'd do a gallon at a time when I first started and put a balloon over the top. When it fell over it was ready, you have to keep the bacteria out. This is the most important thing. I used air locks when I got better at it, bought a corker to put them in and bottles, other things too. Google can be your friend, give it a look.
