A court decided to intrude when it should not have. Davis was elected under one set of laws. She upheld those laws. Davis followed the law that was on the books.
We should never allow judges to legislate. If they find that a law is wrong the right thing to do is return it to the appropriate legislature to correct the law.
I am very aware of the growing judicial tyranny. I stand completely against it. It nearly always makes things worse. Not better.
