The Right Way to Use Gender Pronouns at Work -Doing so is a basic courtesy for LGBTQ employees.

One of the easiest ways to show support for transgender, non-binary, and gender non-conforming people (learn more about those terms here) is by honoring the use of their pronouns. Why? Using someone’s correct personal pronouns is a way to respect them, just as using a person’s name is a sign of respect.

Luckily we don't have that issue at work. Yet.

I think that we will start seeing issues in my business sooner rather than later.

At this point my business consist of my self, my wife and my daughter. So for me the pronouns are "Hey woman" and "Hey kid" Daddy needs a cup of coffee. And to my everlasting pride the normal answer is "OK, poopie head, you know where the cups are, and bring me a cup while you are at it"

Using the correct gender pronoun means calling Bruce Jenner "him".

Period.

THEY are not allowed to redefine the word "correct" to imply if I refuse to use the abominations of language they PREFER that it is I, not THEM, who is in error.

And, no of course I don't have ant respect for those people, they can't even use the word"correct" correctly.

It's coming as all those students trained in sensitivity start graduating into HR departments.

Canada already has laws enforcing the use of preferred pronouns in works, housing, school, etc.
