It's amazing to me that, with all the professional and even amateur sporting events going on, I turn on one of the cable sports channels and they're broadcasting A POKER GAME!

LOL. Or a corn hole torney. Back in the day we had almost as much sports going on as we do today but only a few hours of non-game hype. today we have multiple 24/7 networks working off the same amount of action.

Reminds me of a joke told by Ray Romano. He said that his mother wanted to buy him a birthday present, and she remembered that when he was a kid, he and his friends used to play a game called Cornhole. She didn't know what to buy to play the game, so she did a Google image search for "cornhole". He said, "She bought me something else".

We knew it , or a version of it, as bean bag. So the first time my wife and I heard ESPN advertising a "Corn Hole " match we were seriously puzzeled top say the least.
