John Roberts Decides To Help the Enemy Hide The Number of Infiltrates in the US

    No link, sorry.

But Chief Justice Roberts, who famously sold America down the river of MessiahCare, has once again struck a blow for tyranny.

His one vote, his one unelected for life vote, sent the decision about something as simple as the Citizenship Question in the Census back to the lower court to be redecided.

The form has to be submitted to the printer on the first of July.

    Fascism wins another round.

Unless Trump flatly orders the form to include the question sent to the printers.

He too has a phone and a pen.
    Freedom Requires Obstinance.

We the People DID NOT vote in a majority Rodent Congress, they stole it via election fraud.

    LOL.
The only thing that will make deplorables happy is the total rape of America by those who yearn for total control of business and society.

What does that have to do with a citizenship question on the census?
Gentlemen and ladies, I hate inflation, I hate taxes, and I hate Communism. Do something about it. Ronald Reagan's instructions to his first assembled Cabinet.

I don't know why anyone would oppose determining how many people residing in the US are actually citizens.

I think that SCOTUS was suspicious of the intent as to why this was put on there. I think that they found the Administration's argument to be argle-bargle.

Suspicion is not a constitutional argument.
Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

No, it isn't...but when evidence of bad intent and motives - in this case, an attempt to provide some advantage to one political Party by adding the question to the census - is presented to the Court, it is the Court's duty to consider that evidence in their deliberations, and in their final decision. Previous courts have already ruled on the sort of questions that can, for statistical purposes, be added to the census, and attempting to do so for partisan reasons has never been found to be acceptable.

Article 1, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution mandates an enumeration of "free Persons", and directs that Congressional representation should be based on those numbers. Nothing in that clause, or in the deliberations of the Founders, would indicate that citizenship should in any way be a factor to be considered in either procedure.

The court is required to base decisions on Constitutional arguments. The court, once again, failed. The court had one job to do and it failed. Is it legal to ask citizenship? Yes or no?

It will be very enlightening to Americans, I mean real Americans, when we discover we have 50-60 million non-citizens in the country. That is why people on your team fight it so hard.

You are, of course, free to comment on anything you choose, but if you want people to take you seriously when you bring up or comment on legal matters, it would behoove you to first obtain some legal education.
