I've had an HP Omni all in one desktop for six years now. It came with Windows 7 but went through the 2015 upgrade to 10. Recently, the original hard drive took a crap on me so it gave me an opportunity to upgrade to a solid state drive. Only pisser is, and it's the priciest one, is I had to purchase a Windows 10 operating system software flash drive. But my computer is working better than ever now.
I got my HP desktop in 2011 and it is still running just fine. Switched it to 10 like you did but a year or two later. It does start up much slower with 10.

HP is a good, dependable brand. I've had a few, run them until they.re just not up to running new OSes and software. All other brands I've owned have been constant repairs.
Tradition is not the worship of ashes, but the preservation of fire. ― Gustav Mahler

It is bloated. I went through mine and tossed some things Bill wanted me to have and I didn't want to have.

I am not confident enough to try to delete things. I know in the past that could screw up your computer, but courts told Microsoft to knock that stuff off.

I’m a Mac user. How would deleting things screw up your PC?

With Microsoft if you tried to delete their favorite bloat ware it would cause a lot of problems. For example I deleted internet explorer to and added another web browser. I had to hit reset to get the system to work.
