With Microsoft if you tried to delete their favorite bloat ware it would cause a lot of problems. For example I deleted internet explorer to and added another web browser. I had to hit reset to get the system to work.

Internet Explorer is part of the OS. M$ was sued, in France, I think, for that, and lost, but can't undo it.

Windows 10, Settings, Apps, you can remove a lot but I don't bother. Just get a big hard drive.
