I've seen plenty of fights at Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm that didn't include any minorities. You put a large amount of people together in a confined area and there are going to be fights.

Jeezus. Those individuals should absolutely be banned from the park for life. There is absolutely no excuse for anything even remotely like that taking place at Disneyland.

The weirdest thing that I ever personally witnessed at Disneyland was in a public restroom. There was a line, and as it moved inside we saw that someone had apparently smeared feces ALL OVER the single toilet stall, inside and out. I recall trying to explain to the two German guys in front of me the meaning of the term "sh*t fit".

"America" is a blend of many cultures -- and for the most part -- Americans do not escalate to fighting. The Amish and Friend communities virtually never do. Backwoods Billy-bobs DO tend to escalate to fighting. Likewise, the inner-city black subculture DOES tend to escalate to fighting. Young Muslim males DO tend to escalate to fighting. Ivory tower academics do not tend to escalate to fighting. The Hispanic gang culture DOES tend to escalate to fighting.

There are always exceptions within any culture or subculture, but there are also definable trends, which is why criminal profilers are always in demand.

Why?

Personally I think humans aren't used to large groups in a confined area. Against our nature. We tend to get agitated more quickly at little things. That's my guess. But as a youth I worked at Disney and Knott's and saw it all the time.
