The Dems are making another mistake. If this continues. They are electing a guy that looks old and sounds old. Almost like Hillary he is being somewhat anointed. He is missing the excitement that Inspiring candidates bring. People with a purpose and fight. They have some of those types he is not one............He is a mistake. Elect a game changer like Obama and Clinton..They could move a room. Trump moves a room. Reagan could move a room.

What do these people have in common Dukakis, Gore, Kerry, McCain, Romney, and Hillary? boring boring boring

Sloppy Joe now at 77-78 looks and sounds like it. He is a step slow. Running people because it is their turn or they are “electable” vs an opponent is never a good idea.
I am tired of everyone fighting with each other. This is all by design.

Biden is the most moderate candidate they have, so it's not surprising to see him leading. The problem is that the identity politics types are the loudest members of the Democrats. These are the people who might push Harris to the lead.

Biden would be a stronger candidate vs. Trump, which is why I kind of prefer Harris to be the candidate. The downside to having her in there, however, is that she'd be a terrible president if she somehow won.

Dude... Trump is the oldest president ever. Reagan is the runner-up (and we know what happened there). Biden is too old, yes. We need to put an age cap on presidential candidates. Forms of dementia are too common after a certain age and largely undetectable until it's really bad, and then there are other potential crises like strokes and heart attacks. We start losing neurons in our 20s - where do you think someone who is 70 and up is at on that? The brain literally starts shrinking around age 60. Why are we electing people over, say, 65? Presidents go through so much stress (which you can visibly see in before/after photos of Obama, Clinton, Bush 43, etc.). That's a younger person's game. Let's shoot for 40s and 50s.

Adelaide, many people continue sharp as a tack throughout life and we primary and elect and go through a process when electing a President. Many of our Presidents were in poor health including Lincoln and Roosevelt...two of our greatest.

They set the age limit at 35 and most people understand that 35 was way too young, we were pushing it with Bill Clinton. Reps like AOC show the young people couldn't manage a bowel movement after a night of heavy drinking....you need more seasoned persons in government, she's not yet done with puberty.

60-75 perfect, don't mind age and Trump is an exceptional person. Works all day, breaks furniture, slays dragons, pisses off half this forum....

How can anyone trust that he's the most moderate? He's been back tracking, flip floping and apologizing for past positions so much no one knows where he really stands.
