    What happened in 1936 wasn't a mistake. It was a counter-revolution that tossed out the Constitution and replaced with a tool to create a tyranny.
    Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

    Exactly. There were some things that paved the way like the income tax and the popular election of Senators, but 1936 and the usurping of state power via the Commerce Clause was the coup de gras.
