Iran 'ready for talks' with US if sanctions are lifted

I'm close to that. SO..if Iran agrees but leaves its' underground facilities spinning uranium, what then?

Before the US pulled out of the deal , Iran was comfortable with any inspections that were needed , so I would assume that they would have no problems with it in the future . It's Israel that keeps throwing up all this supposed " evidence" of secret underground nuclear development etc etc . The bottom line is , if Israel has nukes , Iran wants nukes - so ban both of them from having any.

..... it would also be in America's (and the world's)best interest if the US , Russia , China, India, Pakistan, England and France got back into a major nuclear reduction treaty , to reduce the amount of all nuclear capabilities.

I would respond that sanctions won't be lifted prior to talks and an enforceable and verifiable denuclearizing agreement being reached.

That is untrue. Iran rejected the idea of inspection of military sites.

would you like to post a link to that? Everything I have seen states the exact opposite and they are actually considering increasing the sanctions. So if you could just take a few seconds out of your busy propaganda schedule to show us in writing where that is so we would sincerely be forever grateful.
