I would think that if someone earned money legally, then it isn't unreasonable. I would hate to see the government setting an arbitrary limit on wealth and seizing everything above that amount.

Perhaps. But many billionaire and hectomillionairs spend hundreds of millions on luxury, while people in need are literally dying. That seems inhumane.
