Now me, and ordinary citizen, thinks Trump is a twit, crass, rude and voicing it, is completely different than someone who is supposedly representing the people of their district, voicing those thoughts, publicly and as part of their elected office? Not the same, not even close.

That last sentence is key. The main strategy of the Dems, since they can’t get popular acceptance of their policies and outrageous ideas, is to demonize their opponents by playing race cards early and often. That and naked pandering to radical special interest groups.

Anti-Semitism, according to Webster... hostility toward or discrimination against Jews as a religious, ethnic, or racial group. Now, where we run into difficulty in separating the STATE of Israel from Jews as a people, is that Israel defines itself and is universally accepted as a JEWISH STATE. So, if you are attacking specific policies of Israel, I would say that is not anti-Semitic. If you are attacking the State of Israel in general, it may fall within the definition.

The Inuit actually have over 50 words for snow. Each one describes subtle differences from the others. Words have meaning. Racism has a specific, defined meaning. If you use it to mean other things, you are misusing the word.

    Pretty simple.

Why some people take such pains to defend the misuse and abuse of language is the only question here. I suspect it's ultimately a matter of power.

Last time I checked, there were JEWS in Israel. Kinda answers that.

It's obvious President Trump will never win a Pulitzer Prize as a novelist. He tweets on a cell phone and isn't exactly Ernest Hemingway.
But he certainly hit the hot button and it is amazing.

These days, racism is defined as disagreeing with a liberal.
