Perhaps no rappers, but Obama regularly intervened to help get Americans released from foreign nations where they were being detained. You really need to brush up on your history dear. Is it just skin color that makes a difference to you this time?

This isn't exactly NK and there is some evidence against him. Trump doesn't give a $#@! about this guy and probably shouldn't. He's pandering to cross over voters.

I don't think he should care about him either -- unless he's some undercover spy or something -- but my point was if Trump really was racist, he wouldn't go out of his way to help the guy. And remember, Obama intervened in more places than just NK.
