Is it time to Impeach and Remove Chief Justice John Roberts?

I believe it is time to impeach and remove the worthless Chief Justice, John Roberts. Why? I am glad you thought to ask.

Roberts was responsible for selecting judges to sit on the FISA Courts. Every damned one was a rubber stamp. Every damned one. The Chief Justice, in my opinion supported the Obama Regime spying and coup attempt. After choosing the rubber stamp judges he failed to supervise them to ensure the Constitution would be upheld.

    So Roberts has to go.

I recommend the Senate Judiciary committee take up the question immediately. Hold secret hearings. Establish the facts. Release as many details as possible. We must begin to build the case for removing Roberts now so the House, under Republican control in 2021 can bring articles of impeachment and the Senate can try him and remove him.

I propose the very honorable Justice Thomas replace Roberts.
Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

I pledge allegiance to the Constitution as written and understood by this nation's founders, and to the Republic it created, an indivisible union of sovereign States, with liberty and justice for all.

Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution provides for the removal of “the President, Vice President, and all civil Officers of the United States … on Impeachment for and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.” I would submit that a SCOTUS justice is a "civil officer" under Article II. I don't think that Roberts meets any of these elements.

That is only half true for federal judges.

You err. A Justice can be removed in the usual manner. The House impeaches and the Senate tries the case.

Can’t impeach him for others behavior. You have also made some pretty big assumptions.

I get your your frustrations tho.
I am tired of everyone fighting with each other. This is all by design.

    Reference Alcee Hastings. Classic story.

After being impeached/convicted/removed as a Federal Judge....he was elected to Congress only a couple of years later. (Where he still serves today.)

As for John Roberts. Genuinely like and respect the guy. Think he does a good job in his role.

Suspect he isn't going to be going anywhere soon.

I made no assumptions. Roberts is responsible for the FISC judges. Roberts failed to supervise them. American citizens got burned. Fire Roberts and get rid of him. Thomas will be a much better Chief Justice.
