Post Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's Eulogy of Scalia.

I had forgotten this. Watch it. She displays wonderful personality and speaks glowingly of him. There's a line in there (a quote from him) that many on here could follow. I wonder if anyone will 'get' it.

Almost makes you wonder why so many wish for her death...I guess partisan politics brings out the worst in people.
“Conscientiously believing that the proper condition of the negro is slavery, or a complete subjection to the white man, and entertaining the belief that the day is not distant when the old Union will be restored with slavery nationally declared to be the proper condition of all of African descent, and in view of the future harmony and progress of all the States of America, I have been induced to issue this address, so that there may be no misunderstanding in the future”

It does. Did you get the quote she attributed to him that many on here could learn from?

I don't wish her ill, but I do wish she would step down. I don't believe she should be on the bench. She needs to be replaced with a Justice who actually believes the Constitution is the supreme law of the land and not that the Court should be an instrument for social engineering.

There’s a yin for every yang.

She is an old pervert. She is twice dead and wanted to legalize sex trafficking of children and lower the age of consent to 12.

Okay. It's not really applicable, but okay.

    She's very smart as well.

    She should still retire.
