i played the other day and finally broke 100! Man, you gotta love those par 3, nine hole courses!!!!

I golf every weekend sometimes both days but mostly Sunday mornings. Saturdays there are various tournaments that are fun to play in. I just played and placed 3rd in my flight for the Club championship and am going to play in the Frederick City Amateur tournament later this month.
My step son and I play in the alternating shot tournament locally also. It's a blast.
We never drink while playing. I have enough issues and don't need to add liquid courage to my club selection.

Alternating shot is a differnt strategy. I hate it when the other guy leaves me tester putts all day.

Lol... you can play those courses with three clubs. A nine iron, a sand wedge and a putter.

We have a 2 person tournament coming up in Sept.
Holes 1 - 6 = Best ball
Holes 7 - 12 = Alternate shot
Holes 13 - 18 = Scramble

It's going to be great fun.

I've played torneys that made those switches or some of them but never all in one 18 hole round. Sounds interesting and like somebody might forget what they are playing on number 7 or 13.
