    Mozart as medicine

    https://jamesclear.com/music-therapy

David Binanay started playing the violin at age 5. By age twelve, he performed at the world-famous Carnegie Hall in New York City and, soon after, at the White House.

In 2006, fresh off graduation from Villanova University, Binanay was positioned perfectly to build his life around music. He had just moved into his own place and started a job at a high-end violin shop.

    Good read Cotton1

"You need music, I don't know why. It's probably one of those Joe Campbell questions, why we need ritual. We need magic, and bliss, and power, myth, and celebration and religion in our lives, and music is a good way to encapsulate a lot of it."
    Jerry Garcia

And I guess we can add therapy/healing to the list...

Thank you. As it pertains to the humans , It is an intregal part of the human psyche. It is indeed a universal language that crosses cultural barriers.

Jigglegate. I made a mistake. Pardon my absent minded self. My sister Scarlett and brother Rhett are the same way. Southerners, what can one do but *sigh*. When you jumped down my throat on the Bye Bye Miss American Pie I said " we do not interact anyway so...". I was wrong because we did on this thread. I shouldve simply apologized for having a little fun and went on my merry way. Sowwy sowwy oh so sowwy....
