Perhaps the Mother of All Gun Control laws? There is no law that is going to stop these kinds of things. None not one..ever

No. the vast majority of shootings are done by and to people who cannot possess a gun, especially a hand gun, under current law. As it turns out people hell bent on murder do not stop because they are also about to break a gun law or six. Who knew?

    No, he should not.

What reasonable new gun control law would prevent these shootings?

Correct. I don't know why so many people believe that those who demonstrate a disregard for the law think another law will finally do the trick.

Its time to formulate comprehensive regulations to assure every mentally fit non felon American citizen has access to buy any weapon they feel is necessary to protect themselves and their families.

I do believe there are some additional things that can be done on guns. Better background checks etc.

But I always find it curious that people think they can stop mass attacks with some ban on gun legislation. They pass it and all standup slapping each other on the back. Pronounce the great victory. Then it happens again. Dumbest routine in sports.
I am tired of everyone fighting with each other. This is all by design.
