Socialism for the wealthy, but not for the poor.
Socialism for me but not for you....

That is what the socialist argument is really about. It's fine for the people to support the 1% but we are not allowed to distribute any of that budget amongst the people who have it bad. Instead our money is funneled up to the most wealthy who dont want for a single thing in the world.

I am also not a fan of socialism, just pointing out the utter hypocrisy!

Not only that Many of you are against social welfare, bashing those who may need those services. Even bashing people in this very forum like CCitizen for being disabled. Un-Fing believable!

I bet nearly 1/2 the people on this forum are collecting a social security check. You say you earned it. Yes, that is true. But that money is gone and it was spent, it has dissapeared. Your checks are being provided off of the backs of the people, the middle class and the wealthy are paying for you. You are on welfare. You are using socialism right now. It is only ok if it bennefits you. You are the very thing you speak against.

The hypocrisy is so thick you cant even wade through it.

You can't call somebody ignorant for calling something by a term commonly used to describe it. Maybe YOU don't like using the term entitlements but for better or for worse Social Security and Medicare are often referred to as entitlement spending.

The reason they are often referred to as an entitlement is because they are.
