    Cheaper to take the hit, which they might be able to write off a portion of, then to comply with regulations? Lucky Canadian customers! Now lets wait and watch if they jack fees and interest rates on US customers to help off-set....

    If that last part comes to be, it won't get me in the wallet as I carry no revolving debt on principal. Credit Cards are an emergency money source or used for convenience on vacation for me. I like the purchaser protection they add when you're ripped-off by a vendor too.
